Precision captive hybrid ACME lead screw stepper motor featuring a built-in anti-rotation mechanism. Designed for short-stroke linear motion in medical diagnostics, valve automation, and robotics.

 

Our captive hybrid ACME lead screw stepper motor features an internal anti-rotation mechanism that prevents the lead screw from spinning. As the motor turns, the ACME lead screw extends and retracts directly from the front faceplate without requiring external anti-rotation guides or linear rails.

This self-contained captive linear actuator provides a plug-and-play solution for short-stroke precision positioning. Built with high-torque hybrid stepper motor technology and precision-ground ACME threads, it guarantees high axial rigidity, maximum thrust force, and long operational service life.
