ACME lead screw stepper motor converts rotary motion to linear movement, with the use of lead screw; the lead screw has various combinations of diameter and lead, to satisfy different application requirements.
Lead screw stepper motor is typically used in the applications that require precision linear movement, low noise, high cost effective, such as medical equipment, telecommunication device, etc.
ThinkerMotion offers full range of lead screw stepper motor (NEMA 8, NEMA11, NEMA14, NEMA17, NEMA23, NEMA24, NEMA34) with load range from 30N to 2400N, and 3 types are available (external, captive, non-captive). Customizations can be processed per request, such as screw length & screw end, magnetic brake, encoder, anti-backlash nut, etc.; and the lead screw can also be Teflon coated upon request.
